How do we book Northern Lights for a concert, service, or special event?
Start with the Contact form and tell us your date, venue/location, and the kind of program you’re planning. We’ll follow up to confirm availability, discuss repertoire and logistics, and share a clear fee quote and next steps to reserve the date.

PROGRAMMING
What kinds of programs do you perform, and can you tailor a set list?
We perform a range of handbell repertoire—from seasonal favorites and sacred selections to concert works and lighter community programs. Yes, we can tailor a set list to your audience, theme, and timing, and we’re happy to coordinate with your music director or presenter.

REQUIREMENTS
What space and equipment do you need at the venue?
A flat, stable performance area with adequate lighting is ideal, with enough room for tables and safe movement. We’ll confirm specifics in advance (stage size, access, setup time, and nearby parking/loading). If sound reinforcement is needed, we’ll coordinate with your venue or A/V team.

TIMING
How far in advance should we reach out—and do you hold dates?
Earlier is always better, especially for December and spring weekends. If you have a preferred date, contact us as soon as you can; we may be able to place a short courtesy hold while details are confirmed. A signed agreement and deposit (when applicable) finalize the booking.

PRICING
What determines your performance fee, and what does it include?
Fees vary based on event length, location, program scope, and any special requirements. Your quote typically covers performance time, planning and rehearsal, and standard setup needs. If travel or extended services apply, we’ll outline those items clearly before you commit.

Do you offer workshops, guest ringing, or educational events?
Yes—when scheduling allows, we can offer masterclasses, sectional coaching, or a combined piece with a local choir/ensemble. Tell us your goals, participant level, and time available, and we’ll propose an approach that fits your event and budget.
